I can’t believe I forgot to share this sooner, but this is an autograph my brother’s girlfriend got from Alan.
I forget all the little details, but basically the story is that her dad is a builder, and Alan was having an extension put on his house - a conservatory or something along the lines of that - and her dad was one of the men hired to do the job. So this was quite a while ago now, when only a few books and films were out but she was a MASSIVE fan, especially of Snape. So on the last day of work being done on Alan’s house, her dad had gone out and bought a little Harry Potter book/magazine to do with all of the characters in the Philosopher’s Stone the night before, and before leaving her dad explained to Alan how she was a really big fan of Harry Potter and especially Snape. So Alan, being the darling that he is, offered to give him an autograph to take home to her as a surprise and an extra thank you for doing the work on his house.
It reads “To Emma, love from Alan Rickman (Prof. Snape) X”.
OMG! He signed snape!!That’s amazing!! The girl is so lucky!!
